SMT printing machine is suitable for solder paste printing of surface assembly components in SMT surface mount technology. Specifically, it is in the SMT electronic mounting process, the use of the mesh plate hole will be electronic fiber material (solder paste, adhesive, etc.) printed on the circuit board of the machine equipment, the purpose is to adhere to the chip electronic components.

Preparation

1. Clean the working table and necessary tools, and place the articles in the required position;

2. Choose the screen board according to the product model

3. Stir the naturally placed desen solder paste with a solder mixer for 2-3 minutes or use a solder mixer to make the flux even;

4. The PCB must be baked in an oven before use, and the oven temperature should be adjusted to 100℃ for 2-3 minutes.

1. Body is not allowed to enter the machine during operation;

2. The maximum time from solder paste printing to reflow soldering shall not exceed 4 hours;

3. Check the completeness of the scraper before operation.
