One of the benefits of SPC flooring is that it is easy for maintenance. For cleaning, it is advisable to sweep the flooring regularly with a broom to remove loose dirt. While for real messy dirts, a non-abrasive and neutral pH floor cleaner may be used.

You may use a protector film under all the chairs in your house and do not drag any furniture on the floor. Better use a door mat at the entrances to avoid scratches from the small rocks.

Nope, it is an elective option depends on your own needs. It is available for the IXPE mute mat if you want.
