Application of ceramsite rotary kiln:
The municipal sludge, domestic sludge, industrial waste, coal
gangue, shale, clay, and fly ash are treated harmlessly into light
bone materials (ceramsite) or petroleum proppants (ceramsite sand).
Scope of services: from raw material feeding, calcination, cooling to environmental protection dust removal system, equipment supply, equipment installation and commissioning and other technical services.
Production Process:
The process flow of the production line for producing ceramsite is:
feeding system → calcining system → gas treatment system.
The sludge in the silo is transported by the feeding system to the
shaftless screw conveyor, and then enters the rotary kiln through
the shaftless screw conveyor. Since the cylinder rotates slowly at
an inclination angle of 3.5°, the material in the cylinder moves
from the feeding device to the unloading device along the axis of
the cylinder while the cylinder rotates. The natural gas burner
device is installed on the kiln head cover at the discharge end of
the rotary kiln. The high-temperature gas produced by the flame
combustion is fully exchanged with the material from the kiln tail,
and flows from the kiln head to the kiln tail. Heat is transferred
to the material by convection and conduction, and the wet material
is dried and calcined during the movement. The generated waste gas
enters the waste gas treatment system through the exhaust pipe at
the kiln tail cover. The calcined high-temperature material enters
the single-cylinder cooler, and is transported to the next process
by the belt conveyor after cooling.
