The Pneumatic Rubber Fenders perform well in ship berthing cases, and protect ships and mooring facilities. In contrast, the reaction force of solid rubber fenders, including buckling-type fenders, increases sharply under excess load conditions.

Consisted of several synthetic-cord layers and tough abrasion resistant out layer rubber, they have consistent performance even under rough condition .Maintenance cost and damage risk are minimised.

Pneumatic rubber fender construction:

Out rubber are used to protect the cord layers and inner rubber layer from abrasion and other external forces. This rubber compound have sufficient tensile and tear resistance strength to withstand anticipated weather conditions and severe usage.

Normally the large size's pneumatic yokohama fender equipted with tire chain net cover to protect the main fender body. Also can make as customers' requirment by using areo tyre as a more strengthen cover.
