    Vulcanizing Machine Lock Ring Mechanism:

    • The lock ring mechanism of the vulcanizer is the core of the rear inflator. During operation, the tire is lifted by the movable beam cylinder, clamped between the upper and lower chucks, and is taken in by the sleeve of the sleeve, so that the lock shaft is pressed down along the hollow shaft, and the upper and lower chucks are evenly interlaced. .     • The locking action is driven by the lock ring cylinder to rotate the arm, locking the lock ring mechanism, and hitting the motor valve and the limit switch, so that the compressed air is filled into the tire casing from the air inlet of the upper tray. When the total pressure of the inner cavity of the tire is greater than the pressure of the small cylinder in the lock shaft, the upper chuck slowly opens to the position required by the width of the hub, and the block touches the limit switch, and the shaft of the beam is rotated by the transmission mechanism.

    When the vulcanizer motor is running, the oil enters the oil pump from the oil storage tank oil filter and enters the control valve through the oil pump drain pipe.
