Description
100-300mm C purlin machine roll former
● C purlin machine roll former is the most common machine in
building area. It is widly used for the roof and cladding support
and fixing. But the traditional C purlin machine is being backward
because of the low efficient and can’t satisfy the customer’s
requirements.
● We designed and developed the new type C purlin machine which
have much better performance . The length and height can be
adjusted automaticly by the PLC control system. The valid material
thickness for this c purlin machine is 2.0-3.0mm. The width can be
adjusted from the range 100mm to 300mm. The depeth can be adjusted
from 40mm-80mm.
● This automatic C purlin machine will help customer to save human
cost and raise the production efficiency. And one more advantage of
this machine is the customer do not need to change blade mould for
different dimension cause the cutter is pre-cut before roll
forming. The whole line include the automatic decoiler or manual
decoiler for coils from 5ton to 10ton, deeding guide device,
straighten and leveling device, roll forming machine, roll forming
parts,hydraulic cutting and auto stacker or manual stacker for
finished products. This line can be automaticly controled by PLC
control system by setting the products length and batchs.
